Definitely experienced the difficulties of other reviewers -
* Internet did not work
* They did not accept credit cards
* Waited 2 hrs for dinner and it was way overcharged - 600 dh for 2 vegetarian small tangines
* Requested a guide which was provided, but refused to show us what we wanted to see

This was the only place in Morocco I felt taken advantage of. It really ruined my enjoyment of Fes

We booked in Riad Razane for one night in February It was confirmed for a late arrival with a collection at the airport. The car to collect us didn't show up, despite waiting half an hour. Tried phoning several times - no answer.
Took a taxi and after an "interesting" walk at 1am, found the Riad. Battered on the door and rang the bell but no answer. Our taxi driver was most helpful and found us somewhere else to stay.

We had no reservation, a stranger showed us this place because we were lost. When we arrived the welcoming was so COLD!
However, we liked the architecture of the place BUT guess what?! the sheets and the towels were DIRTY and the room SO SMELLY!!! We asked Ali to change them for us, he asked us to wait until the morning! We used our clothes to sleep on and to cover ourselves with. we were so COLD! Unfortunately It was too late we couldn't move to an other place.

The breakfast was not bad. acceptable according to this place. I expected it to be worse too.

Zehra and Ismael are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. It really shows that they care for their guests. My wife and I could not have been more happy at the Riad Razane and it definitely exceeded our expectation.
Thank you both for everything and we really enjoyed our stay as well as the fun conversations. Next time we will bring more ramen!

Our philosophy is to make Riad Razane like you're home. And you will feel it once you enter from the great door. While drinking tea you will recognize that you already feel comfortable in the place and also with the company of Issmael or mine. We make sure that our guests feel home.

very comfortable stay, staff was nice and received a very warm welcome, this is a hole in the wall that's hard to find, now i have a place where i'll always stay at whenever i go down to fes, oh and it's also located at the center of everything that i had just to walk to go see places.

The decor is magnificent, that place has a spirit and good vibes, i had a great experience in this riad, Fatimzahra was so helpful and she helped me with everything i needed, it's also close to everything.

if you're staying in Fes don't look elsewhere, that's the place!

We have been at the riad more than 4 times, we called but nobody???I think if you have a guess waiting at the door with all the drug men trying to sel you the drrugs and alcohol it's very bad, for all the travellers be very carful
