Lovely staff and very efficient. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms charming. Very well located and great terrace!

Horrible! Their ad online is completely deceitful. They put us in a tiny room and the bathroom was across the hall inside hotel laundry room. The whole place has a very pungent smell and the shower keeps leaking water into the room.

Although​ this Riad has a nice Fes decor and decent breakfast, never again. It was cool as hell in Fes and this place had no heat. I complained to the staff and he was dismissive. Avoid this place if possible.

I’ve never had an experience like this before whilst checking into accommodation! The place has a nice Moroccan feel, lovely mosaics and is centrally located, but the room stunk of raw sewerage and there was no heating in the dead of winter. We asked if we could change room and the host was happy to but then turned around and wanted to charge us more! After back and forth talking, I didn’t feel safe in the Riad, and I hated how they tried to swindle us considering I treated my accommodation in Morocco as an escape! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BEWARE

Riad Noujoum Medina overbooked the night of our stay, and tried to get us to stay in a hostel owned by the manager. When we refused, they cancelled our booking, despite having made it months in advance. Don't get caught out - there are many other places to stay in Fes with more trustworthy hosts.

Love this Riad! Very friendly staff and super helpful for booking tours, drivers and making recommendations. Rooms are good size and view from the terrace is spectacular. Great food, clean, and just a stunning place! Thanks to Zak and his team for making our stay in Fes awesome.

Very clean Riad, on a great position! Staff is very kind and well organised and ready to give useful advices and recommendations. Rooms are extremely small, but warm, and we were also able to wash the laundry at the Riad. The breakfast was various, and there was also a restaurant at the rooftop.
