Lovely customer service. The staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms immaculate, and the wifi better than at home. Look no further if you want great quality in Morocco. Anything you need, the staff will want to help you have a better stay while in Fes and after you leave their beautiful riad.

Beautiful Riad in a great location. Generous breakfast. The manager (mahdi) went above and beyond. All staff were very attentive to our needs. We ate dinner at the Riad and was satisfied.

Excellent service and beautiful room. The Riad is large and the roof has terrace and pool. Like many riads, the entrance is hidden at the end of a narrow alleyway and arriving at night can be a challenge without a guide.

Huge hotel. Looks really impressive. The rooms in the old part of the hotel are great however a group of three if our part got rooms in what seemed to a anex to the main building. The rooms were so small the air conditioning didn't work in any of our rooms. The hairdryer in the bathroom blew up will I was using it. The staff at reseption didn't seem the least bothered. Breakfast was terrible. Nothing was being served. The staff were slow and completely interested in sorting out the situation. No one was bothered about the fact there wasn't any food on the table. Dreadful experience.

Historic, beautiful and very elegant hotel in a 14th century riad . Dinner and snack options are very improvable. Typical rich marrocan breakfast. Very friendly staff. Pool area could be cleaner. In general recommendable place. Worth coming back.

Amazing dining/relaxation space around the central fountain. Beautifully maintained. Exceptional breakfast, but be prepared for an enormous amount of quite delicious pastries. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable, but very dim and somewhat dated. Great open-air pool for relaxing.

Beautiful traditional Riad that is near the Old Medina, and reasonably priced. Great facilities, elegant design, delicious food, swimming pool, hugely helpful staff. Wonderful place in so many ways!
