Réouverture après problème de personnel en 2016. Tout semble OK maintenant.. Mais moins de monde. Toujours aussi agréable. Mai 2017 nouvelles revendications du personnel. Encore fermé. décidément cet ets est à éviter s'il pratique de telles méthodes avec son personnel. SALAIRES NON PAYÉS.

I have been to Havana restaurant Agadir many times, I think the service has gone down dramatically!!
I went there last week few times with my son, to have a meal as well as to watch the football, however I ordered a child's meal for my son & I got an adult's which he did not eat anyway, then nothing was done when I complained & when I asked for the bill I got told the total figure verbally, I insisted to see the bill then the waiter takes it out of his pocket & it's a lower figure on it, but then he says it's there are a couple of drinks to be added on, I was not happy at all & to make things worst he says the credit card machine does not work but there is a cash machine down the road.
It's a shame because I love going there, the food is great & the atmosphere & the location are excellent.
Another thing they allow people to smoke cigars outside & it's disgusting if you have children.response / report this review -

Excellent setting, that is all. The seafood was not fresh, we told the waiter and the manager, and nothing happened. It seems bizarre that an almost full tray of seafood is uneaten, and no comments.
The waiter dumped our bottle of wine, no reaction.
Tbe credit card machine did not work, they ask me to walk to an ATM
