Beautiful place with amazing detail. Will not be returning to this place as it left me leaving furious. After receiving permission to take photos I was apporocahed later on with extreme disrespect from a reception staff member whom spoke in an intolerable manner. She threatened to call security to escort us out for simply no reason. I’ve been to many other hotels in Marrakech and have never seen such unprofessional treatment with clients. No matter how luxury a place can be, service is always important!!

Was lucky enough to stay here for a friends wedding. Beautiful, secluded hotel with large luxury rooms and suites, we had the whole resort to ourselves so was able to explore all the different types of accommodation and they were all breathtaking - the view at the top of the Palace was amazing!
I had visited Marrakesh previously so wasn’t that bothered about venturing out for sightseeing and wanted to make the most of my time in my beautiful surroundings.

Downside was the not so great room service and the general length of time it took for a member of staff to arrive after calling for assistance or a service. Staff would also purposely delay any outside taxis you would call in an attempt to get you to use their own car services which were often 2-3 times the price.
Also hated the fact that you would constantly be greeted by flies and bugs while eating in the main dining area.

Overall a beautiful, secluded location perfect for couples, those who want to relax or just want to be in their own luxurious get away for a few days. Not so great for those who were hoping to do sightseeing around the city centre.

Very luxury palais. Villas are very clean and comfortable. The design of the palais is very original, nice territory. A bit far from the city, about 15-20 min. Great for celebrations and honeymoon.

The most beautiful part of the hotel was walkway next to the shallow pools. The rooms were luxurious but there wasn't much character. The spa was pretty but gave me the worst massage I've ever had. I would have felt more if a cat walked across my back. I kept asking them to use more strength but was sadly ignored despite the pretty steep cost I had to pay for it

Luxury hotel, perfect place for a quiet, romantic weekend.
Our experience there was perfect from beginning to end.

It is a 30 min drive form the medina but it is totally worth it. One of the most beautiful hoteles I have ever been to, be sure to get there before sun down. The restaurante is also amazing!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at anywhere in the world. The hotel grounds are stunning and the rooms are large and we'll designed, especially the pool villa. Things are generally expensive for Morocco, but fairly priced for the quality vs. I've also stayed at La Mamounia, which is also great hotel, but charges a significant premium vs. what you're getting.
