My partner and I waited a long time for the bus to the park on Monday, eventually we took a taxi only to be turned away at the gate. The website said it was open and no explaination was given. The taxi driver made us pay 200 dh to get us home. When we contacted the park via Facebook they said they would get back to us but did not. We were very excited to visit the park but do not want to repeat the experience and be further out of pocket. So unfortunately as this is our last available day in Marrakech and the park will not even confirm if they are open we will not be going here at all. What a waste of money.

We were looking for the shuttle at the mosque but didnt find it. A local told us to take bus 24 wich took us right to the entrance of the water park. It was only 5.5 dirham so that was fine. After paying 210 dirham we entered the parc and expected to find lots of attractions. To our dissapointement we only found an almost empty parc with 5 standard slides of wich 3 were similar. Apart from that there was not much to do. The food in the restaurant was really good, there were 8 people working hard to deliver food to 15 or so clients! The park was pretty clean apart from ants running rampant all over the parc. My guess is they also ate the wifi router cause it has been broken for a while.If you are looking to spend a lot of money for not that much this is the place to be!

Nice place where you can escape from the heat of the city. The waved pool and the slides are very nice. The best for relaxing is the Rio calme.. I really enjoyed it.

One of the most beautiful water parks I've been to - not largest. It is well designed 'Oasis' - not a crazy entertainment variety of water park with so many screaming kids. Good variety of slides including doughnut rings. Two pools one with wave machine. Visited in August and it was not over crowded - even getting a bite to eat was easy - no queuing. There are a variety of different eateries. Take away to being waited on. We ate at Blue Lagoon and had decent quality cheese burger and chips. I had a tuna salad which was fresh and a chicken panini. All good quality. You can hire attractive private boths and sun loungers. All in all a pleasant day out.

Excellent well maintained park with many different zones (quiet, party, family) to choose with grass and trees providing shade. Water slides, pools, wave pool, kids water play. Private lodges can be rented for only 100dh or a lounge chair for 25dh.

Nice park, not too big but enough to do for a day. Clean and decently maintained. Food in park was no more expensive than restaurants in the Medina. Lockers cost and have limited visits allowed (3). Sun beds cost too which was a little disappointing considering entry price, it's pay or lay on the grass..

The place so good and the kids can enjoy it we visit every Year Morocco but I was shocked that this place don't allow Islamic swimming suit for the ladies 😤😱we are in Islamic country how this things happened ??????how dare you not allowing this type of swimming suits and you are in Islamic country ????You should change your rules a bit especially regarding this matter !!!!!!

Myself and friend went there today. The first thing I came across was a cat meowing insainly. I went over to see what was going on and they have a cat trap in a bush area. The cat trap was empty as they had taken it out and put it in a bag!!! The bag was tied up! This is right on a main path so children can walk right by it. Absolutely disgusting, I understand they are vermin out here but to put it alive in bag is the most inhuman thing to do. We tried to complain but no one really seemed to care. I didn't want to let it out in case it freaked out and bit or scratched me. We came back later to find the bag empty and a kitten in the trap, I'm guessing this was the cat from the bag, however when we left the cat and bag where both gone. so I'm going to take a wild guess and say they put it back in the bag. How anyone could do that is beyond me, so upsetting!

I'm sure it's a great water park, if it's actually open. Having checked the website (which incidentally is in French with no English option) as well as the opening times on google, we paid for a taxi to the park. Upon entering, we were told the park is closed until 24th March however we were free to use the restaurant and a heated, under-cover pool which appeared to have a children's swim class going on.
Deciding to go back to our hotel, we had no option but to use the taxi which was ferrying other disappointed people back as we had no luck hailing one. The taxi cost more than double what we paid getting there.
There was no mention of the park being closed on their website or on google, furthermore the gate attendant didn't let us know, as obviously we were welcome to spend more money in the empty restaurant.

It was very poor management and very disappointed day. I hope muslim people shouldn't west their money on this kind of place as they not allow to wear islamic swimming wear which is shame .

Brilliant value for money only 21 euro per person. Well kept park very clean and they take safety very seriously. Food is good and not bad value around 10 euro for a meal. This is a must visit place for any trip to Marrakech.

Amazing water park. Brilliant day out for the price (around the equivalent of £20). Food and drinks there are western prices, and you're not allowed to take anything in. Shop there for the pool side essentials. During Ramadan it was very quiet.
