Meilleur service après vente au Maroc, en parlant à la Dame du service technique je me suis senti en suisse, à Vevey au siège mère de Nestlé. I recommend !

I went today to buy refills. I was in a rush and staff were busy with other customers. I was waiting my turn, when my turn came, someone enter the shop and the lady who works there, her name Hind, skip my turn and served the other guy. I waited till he left and told here that was wrong, I expected couple of nice words, however she start shouting!!!!!!
She wasn't polite and it was horrible experience. I don't like to buy refills in Marrakech because of their level of service.
I am really upset and I believe Marrakech shop will be much better if it's self service instead of having to deal with such attituderesponse / report this review -

Una garanzia. Essere all'estero e avere voglia di un buon Arpeggio: entrare in un Nespresso Shop, comprare una stecca di Volluto e farsi offrire un Arpeggio scambiando due chiacchiere con commessi simpatici. What's else?
