Well i think their service is just average as compared to their main competition i.e IMAX. I know IMAX is slightly more costly but trust me it’s worth it.My main hustle with them was that i found the projection ridiculously dim.I don’t know wether thats the usual thing or it was just that day.3star for cost of ticket reasons.

Good place to see a movie but people munchs too much they eat so loudly and they are annoying the seats are in a pitfull state and with some work it could revive the cinema.

good quality movies but its really hot inside the rooms and there is like half an hour of advertisements.The lights randomly go off and on in the middle of the movie. I would recommend going to a big room. Small ones are hot, have a nasty smell, and are to close to the screen. The sound is too loud. I mean, the cinema is bad. the only reason why i rated it 2 star not 1 star because the quality of the movie is good and the chairs are comfortable. Otherwise, its bad.

Megarama Sarl have the worst Costmer service and the worst room's condition. There is No Air Condition in their rooms, can you imagine watching a movie and you are sweating, it is like Sauna - bring your shower stuff to take shower in mean time, while you re watching a movie! When I bought ticket, the person who sell ticket, was inside a room protected by thick glass and seating far away from the windows - there is no way to communicate easy with these people, the management is poor! What a Terrible place to watch a movie

The queuing system for purchasing tickets and then for entering the actual screens area takes too long and is not organised. It's located near Anfa Place and the seafront, which means it is easy to reach; plus they have their own parking. Good choice of movies and nice place to bring young children on weekends, even though it does get busy. Have been happily coming here for many years now and would like to see it undergo some refurbishment to change the interior cooling system, toilets and make better use of their interior spaces.

Magnificant , security top and lovely people serving you ! Being greedy and cheap serving are fundamental of capitalism ,this explains high prices for products ( 50 dh for cock ),and low light in the cinema theatre .
