We had the best holiday experience on Marrakech to Merzouga 3 days tour. From the stop over picturesque places to our hotel stay, restaurant stop over and the sahara camp stay was all great experience. Our tour guide/driver Abdul speaks very good english, very polite & friendly. He made us feel safe on our entire journey.

We were picked up at hotel on time. Our driver was nice but spoke almost no English so there was no explanation of anything we saw from the car all day. I was asked to fill out a form first thing in the car that looked like I was being made the primary driver on a rental car agreement. I was asked for my driver license number. This made me uncomfortable. We asked questions of the driver during the ride and he smiled and nodded and didn’t seem to understand. I am pretty sure this is not a licensed company. I asked about licensing prior to departing but received no response from the company. The mule ride to the Berber house was nice and lunch was adequate. The gentleman leading the mules spoke more English than the driver and was pleasant to communicate with. I can’t say I would recommend this company. It was a nice drive through the Atlas Mountains without any explanation of what we were seeing. We were not given the options of stopping to see things listed on itinerary because there was limited communication. We did a couple of photo stops in the car.
My recommendation would be to get a licensed tour guide which is required by law so you can learn about what you see in the beautiful Atlas Mountains.response / report this review -

not as they promissed the tour was not good as all , the mini bus air condition was off all the time , the driver did not care about our compliants .

Marrakech day trips organized a tour for us to the atlas mountains and it was a highlight of our short stay in Morocco. Ibrahim was quick to respond and answered all our questions. The tour was confirmed withing the hour. The trip itself was fantastic, the scenery, the weekly market,the mule ride and lunch were all interesting and satisfactory. We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a good experience and no forced shopping or hidden costs. Thank you MDT team

My wife found Marrakech Day Trips online, and we had a wonderful time. Reasonably priced and the staff was great. We took the Ouika Valley Day trip and Ali was our guide. He was awesome! He was kind enough to let us stop constantly to take pictures and very knowledgeable about the area. It was the perfect day out of the bustle of Marrakesh. I highly recommend them!

Definitely the agent to talk to if you want to go for a day trip outside Marrakech and have a wonderful time !! no tourist traps, professional drivers, historical and cultural explanation, and great advice to appreciate your journey to the fullest ;)
