The hotel owner can be changed as a repairman not as hotel owner, if he is in disadvantage situation. Customer is not idiot. I stayed here for one night by accident.

I would definitively recommend this place for people who want to be in the heart of the city not even 3 mins walk to the main square and 5 to "Rass Elma" but still very calm at night.. I stayed with two of my friends in a very clean, tidy room we stayed there in January and we were worried we d not have enough blankets but that wasn't the case we also had a heater, clean towels , enough soap and toilet paper (that might be ridiculous to mention but some hotels in this city won't even provide such essentials.)
the front desk girl is very nice and warm, she did her best to make us comfortable , made us an amazing traditional tea once we arrived , told us about the nice places we should nt miss, recommended nice restaurants where to eat and not feel disappointed to sum it all up , our stay in this hotel made is better for us to enjoy the city We would definitely come back in the future.response / report this review -

Lugar perfecto para alojarte en Chefchaouen, cerca del centro (2 min) y con buenos servicios cerca. Nosotros estuvimos en uno de los apartamentos para 5-6 personas y estuvimos cómodos. Limpio y amplio, con buenas vistas, terraza y chimenea. El personal muy atento.

Une horreur!!Appartement sans aucun rapport avec celui réservé(prises qui tombent du mur, trous dans les rideaux, balcon pas plus grand que des wc)mais le même prix m'a été demandé!Accueil méprisant , personnel malhonnête et menaçant, un cauchemar!
