The rooms are nice. The staff is amazing. Anything not to your satisfaction is corrected right away. We needed a third towel and an extra blanket as we were 3 people in one room. We were here 8 days. The staff was always ready with a smile. When we went on an excursion they made the reservation, held our luggage, did not charge us for not being there one night. Made sure we had breakfast when set up is at 7 and we had to leave by 7:15. Best to bring earplugs as birds singing wake you in the morning around 6:30am. It did not bother me at all. It is safe and close to the taxi stand and you can walk to just about everything from this location. I added photos of breakfast. Be sure to make reservations! They also have wifi, a rooftop lounge, a spa and a restaurant. All were good.

Nice place to stay if you want to be close to the main square. Comfy rooms, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Checkout the sunset from the rooftop bar.

The waiter tried to dupe us into paying full price for a half bottle of wine, then said not to pay attention to the sizes listed on the menu. We waited about 30 minutes longer for one tajine because he didn’t write down our order and forgot to put one in. Finally, he calculated our bill wrong, twice, but adding more each time and we had to show him each item on a calculator for him to agree. We felt like we were constantly having to question everything, cause the service was working against us, it wasn’t a great experience.

I went to this place twice during my trip. I tried Tajine and the Cuscus. The have a good service and staff, outdoors seats whats very good to enjoy the vibe of the city. The bad point was the cats. They are everywhere and keep walking around while you're having your meal. This is not just in this place, its everywhere you go. This is the worst point for me.
