  The only machine wash laundromat I could find in all of Marrakech. 8kg wash and dry for only 50 dirhams (about the cost of dry cleaning a shirt and a half at the hotel). I was in and out in 2 hours and greeted by smiles and kindness both times.
  
  Laverie LavMatik is a bit out of the way in the Amerchich district (my taxi driver pronounced it eh-mair-sheesh), but still only a 20 dirham petite taxi ride from the center of the city.
  
  The location on Google Maps is actually accurate (unlike many places I tried to find in Marrakech).
  
  That said, I understand that local taxi drivers do not read maps well (my taxi driver could not comprehend my Google Map). And while I wrote down the address on paper, the taxi driver may have been better served if I had provided the French translation. In the end, I had the taxi driver take us toward Amerchich along Allal al Fassi Boulevard (which he was very familiar with) and stop when my Google Maps GPS said we were close (right at the start of the 3 block long park on the left/west side of the street). If that doesn't work, try calling (or providing the taxi driver with the number) to get directions from the source (they quickly answered my phone calls on two occasions).
  
  Note that the location is in the middle of the square, facing inwards towards the courtyard (not outside on the street). I spent my waiting time in the courtyard, part-time in the sun, part-time under the shade of the trees sipping a coffee I picked up from the Epice Cafe on the corner. There were plenty of local food options around as well.
