Decent hotel, very isolated and would not recommend if travelling alone or as an all-girls group. Especially during the night, its all dark etc when coming from Marrakech town centre. Foresty kind of roads so if you are hiring a car like we did you may find it difficult. Other wise, good breakfast. When we came a few years ago, it was completely empty we were the only guests and therefore the guests found it more frightening as it is a big place with like 8 or so rooms and all of them are empty. Breakfast was served daily and was good.

*not a 4* hotel but a big house with rooms*

Avoid this place at all cost, guy who runs it is a con, who rips you of like day light robbery. If any suggestions made regarding serving something different for break fast other then just cold crepe and boiled egg they seem to get angry and walk off shrugging shoulders. Full ants in the bedroom, no room service, we had bin rubbish falling out until we took them out!!! No iron, blow dryer, drink cooler or a safe box in the room. Broken mirror, room needs refurbishing. Cats run around all day in and out the building, really disturbing during meal times, kitchen has hygiene issues, rude staffs who speak no English or very very little.
Stuffs bad mouth about other guest's.
They charge you for a hot cup of water.
They made as weight 2hrs before a room was available on the first day. It was basically a nightmare, disgusting stuff(guy(Mohammed) who runs it with his lil bum-chum)!!

    STAY OUT
I would not leave anyone unattended in this place if I would know on forehand what a Pig of a manager works here. #metoo is sadly straight to the point in this case without it being about me.

Lets be clear about the distressing part. We arrived with a group of 14 (German and Dutch) straight out of the Sahara. Expecting our last two days of Marrakech would be without stress and would provide us with a nice ending in a walled "Paradise" (that Las Palmeras seems to be).

However, it has been quite the opposite. Apart from poor food quality, room hygiëne and area, the staff is even worse. Pretending to be helpful and nice to each and everyone, the manager Mohammed actually had the disgusting guts to lure one of two young girls travelling together into a private room and then offering money for Sex. This should not remain silent as the risk is high that it has OR will happen again. This man should not be in a manager position and I would never let anyone get near him if it'd be up to me!

Small Hotel. Missold. There are not Safes and Mini bars in all rooms as per the website. I don't believe there are Safes in any of them. The rooms are basic, so do the job, but are not 'superior' as we were sold. Don't expect the facilities of a hotel, no bar, no entertainment. The food is nice, but cooked to order, so expect an hour's wait.
The hotel staff are nice, helpful and friendly. The manager, however, seems to ignore complaints and required repairs. With a bit of work the hotel could be a great boutique escape.
