Horrible dining experience! I am so angry. We had booked a table for 7:30 however due to traffic we won’t be able to arrive at Marrakech for the time so we called in advanced to advice we will arrive at 8:30. After arriving at 8:30 we waited for 50 minutes before they have even served us water! The waiter kept advising us it’s going to be 10 mins but 30 minutes has passed. We are Chinese so we only speaking English not French, the waiters attitude towards us is very unprofessional. I feed undermined which shouldn’t be how I feed. We requested table by the garden and they sat us down in the room. They exchanged the table after starter is served. We arrived at the new table which is not a good spot and the table is not wipe(we can see the sauce on the table).
The food is okay but given the price I’m expecting better service quality.response / report this review -

A beautiful place to eat with lovely decor and ambience. The service was great throughout, they were confident and have assurance over allergies (unlike other places in Marrakech). The food was brilliant - the calamari gnocchi is definitely worth a try. Would definitely recommend

Go here, it's a must! Like a hidden oasis far from the old city the restaurant offers a trip to Italy! Such good food, we went there two nights in a row, everything is delicious!! And the tiramisu is to die for. They also bring you starters and it's just amazing how friendly the staff is. The venue is very cosy and intimate, and has a pool in the back. And the cherry on top is the band which plays from time to time good old jazzy music.

Very bad service, slow and chaotic at the same time. One of our main dishes was wrong, our waiter messed it up and instead of bringing what we order and, excuse his mistake, the waiter said over—stressed that next time we will get the right one. Next time we do not go to this place, no. First they bring main dishes (one of them a mistake) then quickly threw on our table the small starters what looked like they forgot about. It took time before we got wine, water. Too much overplayed place. Better choose a more simple Italian restaurant and you will be more satisfied or go for a local tajine as it seems that a very good Italian restaurant is difficult to find in Marrakech.

I had an awful experience there. The food was mediocre. Blunt tasteless duck leg, hard to chew . Service was ok, but food was bellow my expectation level. Will not recommend it. You need to change the chef.

We have long been organizing there our best dinners, whether for private or business. The attention of the management is exemplary and the professionalism of the staff high! The "waw" effect holds the road from end to end and your guests can only be blown away.

Grand atmosphere, wonderful live music, top tier food, however the staff left something to be desired in my book as they were not as attentive as the other restaurants I ate at. Sat at table without drink or bread basket for about 20 minutes before ordering, another 10 minutes to receive anything. Good cocktails. TIPS --> ask to sit outside next to the pool if you would like to enjoy the live music. Enjoy a drink next to the fire (to your left as you enter) before going to your table to soak up the environment as local diplomats roll in for their dinner.

I went to La Trattoria recently to propose to my fiancée. The people at this lovely establishment were attentive to my every need, even going so far as arranging candles and flowers in a breath-taking layout and reserving the top terrace of the restaurant overlooking the pool, replete with a personal waiter for the evening. The lovely lady I dealt with, Sandra, deserves an award for her helpfulness and attention to detail. I literally could not have asked for a better venue for my proposal. She even went so far as to help me record the proposal and to keep the whole thing a surprise for my fiancée.
Apart from the outstanding service the restaurant itself if magnificent, with a beautiful pool and hanging lamps setting the ambience. The garden, where we began our evening with some aperitifs and hors d'oeuvres, was beautifully laid out with soft lamplight and beautiful wall murals. The food was absolutely delicious and the price is much more reasonable than other restaurants we visited in Marrakech.
The wine was superb and inexpensive.
There is literally nothing bad to say about this place. We will most definitely be going back!!.response / report this review -
