This hotel have good things to offer for people with special needs as #DisabledTouristGuide I was there with my clients and we have no problem to reach rooms & restaurant and swimming pool too. the entrance of the hotel have no ramp, I had discussion with the manager about it he promised me to put ramp with disabled people especially for wheelchairs users.

Not a bad place, but a lot of tiny imperfections

- Air conditioning didn't work at first and when they repaired it, we couldn't turn it off or down so we were freezing the whole time.
Shower was very bad, right next to the toilet and very tiny, water would just splash everywhere and it took 5 mins for the water to get hot. Also the water smelled very bad.
The double bed was actually two mattresses put together, was very hard and so were the pillows.
Tv has only 2-3 channels, wifi never worked, elevator was broken, the phone in the room didn't work a lot of improvement could be done here.

+ The room was spacious and there's a mini fridge you can use for your stuff in the room.
Not that pricey compared to other places.

great pool. great food. great staff. pure 5/5 stars
