Bad service : Asked 4 times for pepper mill when finally arrived was white pepper
Bad seat : Table with constant air flow
Bad lighting : Too dark ambiance could hardly see what you’re eating
Food freshness was good though
Hope it was just an accident but I cannot recommend it anyways with all the offer in Marrakech i’m sure i’m Not coming back hereresponse / report this review -

My favourite all time!
Been there numerous of times and always received the warmest welcome with the best service, and the venue vibes make your mood so much better. Big thanks to Dani for your service and all the amazing waitresses, waiters and hostesses you all are just a bunch of such an amazing people! Will always come back there for the perfect live music, delicious food and especially the outstanding staff!response / report this review -

Very nice interior design. 2 atmospheres: noisy inside but very animated and vibrant. More cosy and intimate outside on the terrace. Not too pricey.

To be honest I felt as though I was on a episode of kitchen nightmares Such a beautiful restaurant room decor was amazing let down by how poorly lit it was, you couldnt see the menu never mind the food (once the food came I realised why) extortionate prices for drinks 75 dirham for a glass of wine that tasted like sewage. The food was mediocre a discrace to morrocan cuisine, my partner ordered cannaloni with mushrooms and I asked the waiter what he would recommend (lamb shank) when both dishes arrived it was evident they had both just been thrown in a microwave and then broiled under the grill Absolutely disgusting without even a pinch of care, passion or even seasoning. I had 4 mouthfuls of food and left the rest and my partner only ate the pasta on her dish as there was no mushrooms in sight and all the mince meat was clumped together like it had been sitting in a freezer for weeks. The waiter that recommended my dish returned and asked what was wrong and I politely said "it's not very nice really bland" in which he replied one moment please 10 mins passed and every waited in the place had walked passed and gawped at my plate and shook their head which left me feeling akward as this is the first time I've ever sent a dish back After 10 mins the waiter returned took our plates and had the audacity to give us the desserts menu not even mentioning the main meal fiasco I politely declined the desserts and asked for the bill He came with the bill without any apology or anything and I paid and left immediately Beautiful decor shoddy food terrible service.. such a shame as from the asthetics of the place the restaurant has the potential to be amazing. (This is my first review ever) because I'm not that guy but this disgusted me.
