  Took the three days trip from Marrakech to Merzouga and return.
  
  Bus was clean and comfortable, Driver friendly and the accomodation clean and ok - don't expect luxury, but everything is fine and works.
  Sure, if you also need WIFI in the desert this is not your trip.
  Sometimes the guides could have done better, but the
  price-performance ratio is outstanding compared to all the others.
  Desert is amazing :-)
  
  Paid 1070 dirham (ca. 100 Euros) - included trip, accomodation, every breakfast, lunch, dinner on the trip, excluded was drinking, tour guide in Ben Haddou and tip.
  
  To sum up, i would recommend this Trip.

  The hotel on the first night is a nightmare (Merzouga trip). They wanted to make me sleep in a room with a man I didn't know, unless I paid them extra. The light bulb doesn't work, the wifi barely works. The place feels like it's falling apart.

  Unfortunately we didn't have a enjoyable journey with IMZI. They put us ( two Asian girls) on a bus that run by Sahara Expedition ( another travel agency) where all the travelers in the bus are asians. The bus driver was irresponsible provided the worst service. He was the actual boss for our tour, we have to pay for the "local guide" some extra money, and the hotel room arranged was 4 ppl shared room. All of us are furious and in the end the bus driver told the hotel to give us standard room. I called IMZI a few times to solve the issues mentioned, they are nice and helps contacting the bus driver, but the bus driver was out of control. Anyway we are disappointed that they put us in a random bus, don't know why, maybe out of some stereotypical ideas that asians are obedient?

  Made 2 daytrips with Imzi, they have comfortable cars and competent drivers. Our tourguide spoke both english and french fluent. When we asked to delay our second trip because two of us had become sick (the evening before the departure day), they agreed to depart a day later and we did not have to pay any additional charge.
