Excellent, excellent, excellent! Beautiful rooms in near perfect condition, sqeaky clean and completely free of even the slightest oder. Really, it was like we were the first to stay in that room. This resort is situated on a high plateau with absolutely gorgeous grounds and views of the beach and ocean, stunning and even surreal sunsets, beautiful large pool with a huge area surrounding for lounging. If all that is not enough, morning and evening buffets included a very large variety of foods, all very fresh and very, very, very delicious, some of the highest quality food I've ever eaten. The private beach is large, very clean, and complete with very comfy lounges and umbrellas. The resort staff are very, nice, kind, well mannered and very helpful.
This is the finest resort that I have, as of yet, been to; completely free of any of even the minor problems that often accompany a hotel stay. I will go to this area again just to stay at this resort. Overall, a perfect experience!

Would not class this hotel as a 5*. On the first night we landed we arrived very late. Next morning in the bathroom had loads of ants running around. When i told the hotel staff he looked at me like there's one ant. We did get moved to a different room but the hotel as a whole looks good. Once you start to look in detail you notice cracks on the walls, things broken. Considering Tagazhout bay is getting a new load of hotels, i think this place needs a serious revamp.

This is a very luxurious hotel with a great variety of food. There are great opportunities to relax in the Sauna or Jacuzzi. The staff are also very helpful.

Very nice Hotel to stay in if you want to be away from the city. There are 3 free shuttles that go to agadir and back .

A beautiful golf course but you will play the slowest round of your life. Many elderley mixed couples from France come to make a day of it and play just grinds to a halt. We eventually gave up after taking two and a half hours to play eight holes with three fourballs waiting on the ninth tee! No course marshalls and when we went back to the pro shop the pro just shrugged his shoulders refunded us for nine and said this is 'moroccan golf'.

My girlfriend and me stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful hotel. Incredible views, very comfortable sun beds, nice and difficult golf course (I am on hcp 3 and played some courses around the globe), really great breakfast and very friendly staff!

We stayed one week in the ocean view room and one week in the junior suite. Both are very nice - the js obviously had some more space and an even better view.

Spa and pools were awesome - one of them was even heated.

The only downside was the construction going on at the beach. Up until the beginning of 2018 there will be a lot of building going on. It wasn't noticeable within the hotel though.

All in all very recommendable - we will come back here!

Terrible service staff need training. Guy at the gate doesn't say hello. We ordered 4 cheese burgers took around 35 minutes my kids were hungry and when they brought the food the burgers were black as coal. My kids, nephew and brother were outraged and the staff was lying to us. Then we ordered again and it took them 8 - 12 minutes this time (after we complained to the manager). Other than that the cleaners are bad and don't clean very well when we got back to our room the floor was slippery. The bed is also extremely hard and couldn't get a good nights rest. The hotel looks very nice but don't be deceived by the looks. it ruined our vacation all the way from the U.S. It sounds to me that people that work at the hotel are not service oriented. I don't recommend this hotel!!
