Newly built with clean rooms and good breakfast. Had a strange incident there: our breakfast was not included and usually in all hotels one pays at the checkout time. Here after the breakfast, the staff “ran” after us, following us to the elevators and asked us to come back and pay as if he caught thieves.
A little more worn down than I was expecting. Staff was great. Close to train station but long walk to Medina.
Large room. 3mints walk city mall. Many foods and shop in mall. BRoom bad smeely. However good 3star Morocco standard.
Good value for money, good food, close to beach, station and city centre. Helpful staff
We have recently returned from our vacation , could not have received better service anywhere, the welcome received when we arrived, the accommodation, room service, restaurants/staff, food choices, pool/beach and staff were all astounding. Would highly recommend this hotel (completely relaxing).
Thank you very much for your hospitality. We spend a third time with you with a group of 30 persons. All was good, gentle employees, splendid breakfast. And all for a kind price.
Good hotel and convenient to downtown and the beach. Restaurant is very good
Very good hotel with a good stuff in the reception ,restaurant , and house keeping
Modern hotel close to the main train station and the beach but it could be cheaper. There also could be more people working at the reception because we waited a bit to long for check in and for check out. Staff speaks good english. Room and bathroom were nice, best bed we had in Morocco. There is all You can eat breakfast (it wasn't included in our price so we paid 65 dirhams per person per brekafast for it) that offers a lot and I mean a lot: many types of bread, jams, honey, juices, tea, coffee, fruit, pancakes, eggs, cheese, salami, cakes, croissants.
I paid €120 for a very poor room with old bathroom, no air conditioning in the lobby and the restaurant.. Very low standard compared to the cost!!!
It's a nice hotel with a good breakfast. Comfortable and clean with friendly staff.
i stayed in this hotel and they double charge me and now they do not want to give me the money back , very bad experience and I pay the rooms for the price of 6 rooms.
Small rooms. The room I got had a bad smell; not enough towels
Rooms are small it reminds more of IBIS budget at Tangiers city entrance however Ibis city center are lower in room quality for higher price.
Small bathrooms. Ibis budget are larger.
Toiletterie are very poor. And for the hotel price and rating it is desatrous. 1 small soap and a 2 small bags of shampoo a shame indeed. Towel are rough and should be replaced with new softer ones. No hand towel provided.
Cleanliness and management must surely be improved.
Tv in the room is smallest of a hotel room I have ever seen.
I opted for no breakfast this time.
Clean , efficient and close to everything you'd need
The Best Ibis in Morocco For my Nice Hote and nice food
very nice location,so close to the beach, city center and malls, staff so kind and Professional, graet place in the bar and breakfast so varied room clean and moderne
Nice hotel to stay for a few day. Only the Rooms could be a bit better
Great location. But the beds realy need to be changed. The rooms need inspection here and there. If you have a creditcard you should make online reservation if your staying longer than 2 days. That is much cheaper. Service is good. Breakfast is not what you should expect. Try breakfast in the neighbourhood. Like café kadinsky or panorama.
