First of all, the rooming is old. There is no renovation, as not to modernize it but to make the place comfortable and suitable for living space. The door has been forced open by the sign of broken lock. Sound proofing is very bad, so neighbours can hear each other. House phone is dead, so when people on above floor start moving steel chairs and table @00.30AM things are getting out of hand. No comm means no way to ask hotel staffs to deal with the situation. 30 minutes later, I had to get out of my bed, my room and shout to people above from the garden. That's it.

The hotel architecturally is very nice and clean. But, my experiences with 4 stars hotels doesn't fit with this one. (to be fair this is the second hotel I've tried in Morocco and it seems the services standards are lower in Morocco in general ). The room is large viewing the pool, very nice view. Nice Landscape. But, things seem a bit old, no fridge, no safe, no hairdryer, no tissues, to trash can and the phone doesn't work though they did try to fix it. The toilet is large, but the additions are less than minimum. They put one soup, two small packets of cleansing gel that will serve as shampoo and shower gel, which means only one person can take a bath. That's it, nothing more in the shower, not a conditioner, no shower gel, no shower cap..
The breakfast buffet is very low on variation
The staff are very nice and cooperative.
If they add the accessories the hotel will be extremely better. But it had been really enjoyable visit, if you don't care about accessories.

When we arrived at the hotel,around 2p.m the staff didn't have any reservations with our name even though we had a confirmation e-mail. After filling out forms and raising the price (58€) plus charging us with tax (2€ per person per day) we were brought to our rooms and they weren't ready either.beds unmade and bathrooms dirty.So,we asked to speak to the manager whose only commentary was that they didn't work yesterday but by then it was already 3.30 in the afternoon.
So,first impression :Rude staff,overpriced hotel that definitely doesn't deserve it's four stars.And it's very far from the center,the Medina.
We left and found another hotel.
I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

In terms of service is poor and noise unbearable. The room is low standard unexpected and needs a renovation.

The price is quite high which it should not be.

Good service, clean rooms, breakfast is not that much, good bar and a quite sitting around the pool at night though the pool is small.
