Hotel is tired and nerds refurb drinks are very expensive location is nice but isolated without a car must have been very good when new. There is a new Mazagan down the road all in all good for the experience think it would be mostly Moroccan and French clientell

High price for broken furniture, dirty carpets, morning metal sounds. Poorly maintained golf course.
The breakfast was fair enough.

I liked:
Ocean, weather, big parking.
Didn’t like:
1. breakfast. Small choice. Lack of spoons, forks, etc; personnel uses their hands instead - scary in Africa; the price is too high for such low quality.
2. WiFi. Pullman should invest less in ads, that Wifi is free and unlimited, and more in the connection speed. WiFi was a nightmare.
3. Hotel in general looks old and in need of some renovation: inside the rooms and fitness center, including the equipment.

You pay 100-150 euro for a room which might have water damages, Broken furnitures. The hotel is not maintained, mold in the spa, mold by the pool etc. Corrosion om gym equipment, ac Broken since Long time. Its mainly a lottery how you get treated. I ordered coffee but newer got it, sometimes you Chase the staff and they can be hard to get. Seems like owners are taking lots of money instead of keeping the hotel in Good shape. Some older staff are really nice but cant make Up for the overall lack of service.

I am on a work assignment in Morocco El Jadida for 90 days. I have been staying at the Pullman Mazagan Royal Golf & Spa my entire stay in Morocco. I travel allot for work and stay at allot of hotels. I have been doing so for as long as I can remember. Out of the 100s of hotels I have stayed at the Pullman Mazagan Royal Golf & Spa has been my best experience. The people that work their are among the nicest and helpful people I have ever met. I know if you choose to stay here while in Morocco - you will not be disappointed. This is a great and wonderful place.
