Hôtel très propre, tranquille et un personnel très avenant. Idéal pour les voyages professionnels. Une mention particulière pour Hassan à l'accueil d'une très grande gentillesse

Hôtel neuf bien situé. Les chambres sont modernes, spacieuses, climatisées avec un wifi de qualité.
La literie est excellente et pourtant je suis difficile sur ce point.
L'accueil est très agréable, en arabe ou dans un anglais parfait. Le personnel est souriant et disponible.
C'est vraiment une excellente surprise à Safi.

I checked in in the 29th of April for 6days. The hotel was clean and tidy, the hotel staff cleaned my room on a daily vasis and put all my clothes folded and neatly put away.
The receptionist who worked from 9am to 8pm was extremely helpful and professional, his customer service skills are outstanding. He is a real credit to this hotel!
The only negative point a can state is the staff in the restaurant next door. I had breakfast included with my stay but I only had a cappuccino in the mornings as I was having meals with my wife's family. The staff there were not welcoming at all and made it so obvious they were whispering amongs themselves whilst looking at me. I found completely rude. Then the staff tried to charge me for the drink. I went on to explain that I have breakfast with my stay but would only like a drink, to which I got more whispering amongst themselves. No good morning or smiles from the staff in the restaurant.
However, I told the receptionist of this who then spoke to the staff and went on to explaine that they did not understand me.
I was not changed for the coffee.
Finally I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel simply because of the receptionist who worked from 9am to 8pm and the cleaning staff. They made my stay nice and comfortable. And I would definitely stay again.

راجعت في 29 نيسان / أبريل لمدة 6 أيام. كان الفندق نظيفا ومرتبا، وقام موظفو الفندق بتنظيف غرفتي في فاسيتي اليومية ووضعوا جميع ثيابي مطوية ووضعوا بعناية.
وكان موظف الاستقبال الذي عمل من 9:00 حتي 08:00 مفيدة للغاية والمهنية، ومهارات خدمة العملاء له المعلقة. هو الائتمان الحقيقي لهذا الفندق!
النقطة السلبية الوحيدة يمكن للدولة أن الموظفين في المطعم المجاور. كان لي وجبة الإفطار المدرجة مع إقامتي ولكن كان لي فقط كابتشينو في الصباح كما كنت تناول وجبات الطعام مع عائلة زوجتي. الموظفين هناك لم يكن الترحيب على الإطلاق، وجعلت من الواضح أنهم كانوا يهمس فيما بينهم أثناء النظر في وجهي. لقد وجدت وقحا تماما. ثم حاول الموظفين لشحن لي للشرب. ذهبت لشرح أن لدي وجبة الإفطار مع إقامتي ولكن فقط مثل الشراب، الذي حصلت على أكثر يهمس فيما بينهم. لا صباح الخير أو الابتسامات من الموظفين في المطعم.
ومع ذلك، قلت لمستقبل هذا الذي تحدث بعد ذلك إلى الموظفين وذهب إلى إكسلين أنهم لم يفهموا لي.
أنا لم يتغير للقهوة.

J'ai vérifié le 29 avril pour 6 jours. L'hôtel était propre et bien rangé, le personnel de l'hôtel a nettoyé ma chambre sur un vasis quotidien et mis tous mes vêtements pliés et soigneusement rangés.
Le réceptionniste qui a travaillé de 9 heures à 20 heures a été extrêmement utile et professionnel, ses compétences en matière de service à la clientèle sont exceptionnelles. Il est un véritable crédit pour cet hôtel!
Le seul point négatif que l'on peut constater est le personnel du restaurant à côté. J'ai pris le petit déjeuner inclus avec mon séjour, mais je n'avais qu'un cappuccino le matin car je prenais des repas chez ma femme. Le personnel n'était pas accueillant et il était tellement évident qu'ils chuchotent entre eux tout en me regardant. J'ai trouvé complètement impoli. Ensuite, le personnel a essayé de me facturer pour la boisson. Je suis allé expliquer que j'ai déjeuné avec mon séjour, mais j'aimerais seulement un verre, à quoi j'ai eu plus de chuchotements entre eux. Pas de bonjour ou des sourires du personnel du restaurant.
Cependant, j'ai dit au réceptionniste qui a ensuite parlé au personnel et expliqué qu'il ne me comprenait pas.
Je n'ai pas changé pour le café.
Enfin, je recommanderais 100% à cet hôtel simplement à cause de la réceptionniste qui travaillait de 9h à 20h et le personnel de nettoyage. Ils ont rendu mon séjour agréable et confortable. Et je reviendrais certainement.

I was realy surprised by the room. It is so clean and built with high quality materials. It reminded me of the best hotels I had the opportunity to visit in Paris and it is a lot better than many of them.
