Great hotel, great restaurant, friendly professional staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, the only reason is doesn’t get 5stars is location. It’s not as convenient as we needed for sites, train station, etc.

Nice stay in this hotel. Spacious rooms and good breakfast. Also close to amenities such as Carrefour and a burger joint.

Very well located. Rooms are functional. Not spectacular restaurant. Nice spa but very small gym which opens from 9:00 AM. Strange for a business hotel. The rooftop bar looks very nice, although it was empty. Maybe in summer time is different.

The building is nice. Rooms comfortable. Brekfast ok. Yet as we left the place in the afternoon, no one would prepare the invoices for us. Counting on emails was useless, as all our baging and asking was ignored. This is why you should never stay at Kenzi during your professional trip. Only contacting the booking company solved the problem.
And there is another thing you should be aware of. For officially safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring food inside. So if you want to, say, buy some wine to take it home, the hotel is not the best place.response / report this review -

Pool on the roof is nice, if a tad boring. Rooms are clean, neat and modern with a mini-bar and all standard hotel amenities. Located near a big Carrefour supermarket and a couple of trendy restaurants. Decent for an overnight stay before you start your Moroccan holiday. Hotel services are a bit on the expensive side. Staff speak decent English.

I enjoyed my staying in this hotel from all the points of view: gentle staff, comfortable and modern room, good parking service inside the hotel and good restaurant. It is not in the centre but is one of the best places to stay in Casablanca.

Proper and we'll maintained hotell. They push much for their spa. Infinity pool on the roof. The area around might not be that glamourous but it's well positioned for my purpose.

Clean and spacious rooms , appreciate the welcoming nature of the staff and the locale. The breakfast was complete and a good selection , the kitchen on the first floor didn't have much choice for vegetarians but they could conjure up a decent meal which was good and filling. Overall a good experience

Awesome place, great food, not crowded, great chefs and front office very friendly. The manager at Mezzanine restaurant is a great guy and always smiling :-) rooms also spacious and I love the many pillows, comfortability comes first. Have a great room service as well and spa, try their Hammam.Pedicure and manicure available as well.

This hotel looks brand new and is fantastic. Renovations mentioned in other reviews have been completed and it looks wonderful. We booked it for the rooftop pool and beautiful lobby and we weren't disappointed. It looked just like the pictures. The staff really made our trip very enjoyable. Many of them spoke English and went out of their way to help use from the receptionist to the restaurant staff, to the porter, to the cleaning staff, they were all wonderful. The only drawback is that being located in the business district this hotel is a bit out of the way for tourists. It cost 300MAD to get to and from the airport (they tried charging us 400 at first) and about 100MAD to go to the City Center. There is public transportation just across the parking lot but we didn't try to use it. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in the business district otherwise I would like to try one of the other Kenzi hotels located closer to the city center
