A good place to stay. Not 5* but still a good standard of cleanliness and service. Food was good, there were Moroccan dishes and lots of salad. Chips for the fussy kids! Always a selection of fruit and desserts at dinner and ice cream at lunch! The entertainment was good, something different each day and kids entertainment too. The animation team always made an effort to engage with the holiday makers. The pools were great, one for the kids, one deeper and one for the babies. The water park did not disappoint either. The kids (8&10) were off for hours playing and the babies area was great for the baby. The room was large and spacious and had a double bed, cot and 3 single beds so was more than enough. Cleaned everyday and new towels provided.

Love this place went with my 3 young kids aged between 1-6 years old and the mrs
the pools were nice the aqua park was fun for the kids they loved it ..
Food was excellent .. breakfast, lunch, dinner all good !! Unlimited drinks very friendly and helpful staff ..

Nice entertainment during the eveningwhere you feel so relaxed chilled back with family eat outside and listen to the music very good atmosphere in the night I highly recommend this place but don't over stay 3//4 days max .. we stayed for 3 days here and then went to the city for another 2 daysresponse / report this review -

A nice hotel with kind staff, but terrible customer service and organization.
I'm putting this first, as this is a major problem we encountered during our trip. And its only been the second day.
We took the free shuttle into Marrakesh, after booking both shuttles, including the return one.
We spent a day in Marrakesh, but upon going to the designated pick up zone at 8:10, expecting the bus to arrive at 8:30. But it never arrived. We got on an identical looking bus at 8:45, along with a group of other passengers wearing the same blue "all inclusive" armband. We later discovered, upon disembarking at a hotel, that this bus was for a different hotel, 20 minutes in the opposite direction. We asked the guests and were told that another 2 people, waiting for the same bus as us, had to call a taxi.
Tell all of this to the reception, and they simply do not care in the slightest.
This is the first hotel I've ever visited of its kind, and I'm sure I'll remember it in the future.
After some initial problems, noticeably the lack of an airport taxi we reserved, and reminded them about TWICE, and the lack of bathroom towels until we informed the reception, we managed to settle into our room properly.
The value for money is amazing, the rooms are huge in size and the sheer size of this complex is breathtaking. 3 swimming pools, with plenty of staff looking after them.
Speaking of staff, I have never met such nice people in my life. The attention to detail is amazing. You'll be sat eating, with a bottle of water and an empty glass, and they'll top it up with said bottle, while clearing your empty plates and checking if you need anything. This is in the "all-inclusive buffet restaurant" thing. The food is absolutely brilliant, and there's great variety. For simple eaters there's always pasta, however its the first time I've seen it prepared like so. The pasta is precooked, very nicely and plenty of different varieties, and is placed in boiling water to heat. Then your choice of chili, garlic, or other sauces is then mixed with proper tomato sauce and/or minced beef and heated up. Then the pasta is thrown in and mixed together professionally, with all that proper pan flicking.
It's not special if you compare it to luxury hotels, but its more than what I was expecting, considering this place doesn't advertise itself as one.
The problem here is this place looks and feels like a luxury hotel, but it isn't one. I'm seeing amazing sights, good installations, amazing staff, and beautiful rooms But this made any faults seem much more amplified.
These shouldn't be valid faults, considering the price of this hotel, however I still noticed them. Backs of chairs in the restaurant were grubby, lights were loose inside light fittings, damages bathroom fittings, bees all over an outside drinks dispenser, etc.
But I still loved this place. I can't consider those faults when I look at how much this place cost.
Its amazing value for money hotel wise, but the administration is absolutely terrible.
I'll likely stay in a Riad in central Marrakesh next time to avoid the transport hastleresponse / report this review -

Greeted with a welcome at the palacial Eden Andalou with mint tea and bites, taken to amazing rooms. Staff very friendly, extremely clean. Food amazing and varied, available what seemed like 'always'. Entertainment very good, everyone can be involved, the entertainment team appeared to enjoy sitting and chatting to guests or leaving' them be' respectively.
Surrounded by Olive and fig trees, it is a pleasure to walk from your room to restaurant, bar or pool. The Riads set between the rooms are breathtakingly beautiful.
Rooms cleaned each day to a high standard, we did not see a maid come or go, yet it happend.
I went in November for 3 days all inclusive, weather approx 77, large pool was cold - this was the only negative, yet didn't affect me as I doubt I'd have gone in anyway !
I would and have recommended the Eden Andalou to family and friends. I stayed there with 5 female friends, no children, yet we noticed how safe and welcoming it would be for children and would be happy to take our grandchildren there.
If you know a bit of French, it will help, as seemed to be the predominent language used in the hotel, along with Moroccan and Arabic.
Taxis to and from airport and Souk efficient and pleasant to travel in.
3 days was not long enough!
The staff do everything to make you have a magical time, small touches included - fresh petals are sprinkled on your table throughout the evening in the bar.
Note; Extra payment is needed to use the spa pool, if going all inclusive.
Free hire of towels for pool and rooms have towels provided, so you can travel light, as we did.
