Below average value for your money. The surrounding neighborhood is empty. The facilities, toilets and other are falling apart. Food is mediocre, the one bar keeps playing the same couple of songs of reggaeton very very loud. Overall, Morocco has much much better places on offer than this hotel.

Belive collection saidia is a nice hotel, on a quiet location, with good food, but not best.
Altought it is advertised as having 6 or 7 places to eat, you have 3 or 4 in the best case scenario.
For a gym person its an average place to go, you can only have 3 meals with protein, or you need to improvise, and get the food on main lunch and dinner for other meals.
It does have a small gym, but with small weights, 15kilos at best if you are the only one there, and you are lucky to find all the apparel. It does have a bar for making squats and other related exercises but with litle weight.
Besides that it have cardio related equipement, 2 3 machines.
Overall the experience was nice. Not the best. Not a 5 star hotel in europe standards.
I was there in the end of Ramadan, so it was fully booked and they could not change our rooms.response / report this review -

Friendly and modern looking hotel. It's not the best quality and when we were on holiday there it was understaffed. Even tho we enjoyed it. They have two separate pools. One quiet and one with music and entertainment. There's a restaurant or a bar open at all time. The see is just about 3 minut walk from the rooms. Staff is friendly althou they don't speak english very well. All food is in form of buffet. Don't expect to find much pork :)

The pool was good, the service was bad the food made me sick, the staff was rude, ther wher loud music all night.

Beautiful complex. Room was very nice, cleaning servis great, very kind staff. Longer lines at food courts, but nice and tasty selection. Cant realy complain about anything we realy enjoyed our stay (aug 2016), i can recomend.

Not even close to 5 starts. Bad food and very poor variety, bad and slow service, at least 15 minutes line for drinks in the pool bar, only one bar at one pool was open, no bar on the beach, long lines for food at the main restaurant, the worst breakfast in an "all inclusive" I've ever been.
