When you have a problem, The front desk guys, totally useless when you have a problem, smirk in your face and do nothing No assistance at all terrible.. Bring your ear plugs to sleep

Good hotel, good service. Price for accommodation is good value for money, but a-la-carte is expensive (small bear 7.2 EUR, for example). Location is perfect, direct on croniche and long sandy beach.

The hotel is right at the beach (Atlantic ocean ). Very ideal for jogging at the beach. Hotel gardens are very well kept. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I think the breakfast variety is sufficient but would be nice to have more choice. It would also be nice to label the food.

Very nice hotel. Off season very good quality for money.

Delightful stay. Didnt seem to be many guests. No complaints about service staff, everyone was polite and helpful. Lovely location along the corniche boardwall to go for a walk and an ice cream while watching the world go by.

Overrated hotel, since it's one of the few options here in Mohammadia, they take full advantage of the lack of other options. We rented a junior suite, we had to pay the full amount in advance, then we were shown to our room. The door key didn't work so they sent a technician to open the door and let us in. I noticed that the sink was clogged and was getting ready to call the reception when the technician came back knocking on the door and telling us that he needs to fix the door and he will check the sink as well. So basically: you just arrived, tired wanting to get some rest and here is a hotel that thinks it's OK to have the maintenance man uncloging the sink! After complaining they upgraded us to an executive suite. We had to call someone to open the sliding doors, one of the tvs didn't work, mold all over the bathroom tub, minimum required on everything, old furniture. I reserved 2 nights planning on adding more depending on my business requirements for the next week. I switched to another hotel 3min from Avanti and so far I'm content here.

Don't disturb sign means don't disturb! Just one bar tender and one receptionist give us a the feeling to feel welcome and was very helpful. Staff at the Pool area was great.

Been staying in Avanti many times in my live. The hotel is average and they are not maintaining the standard of service and the facilities. Staff not trained well in customer service and not well versed in English. There breakfast coffee is always cold and not up to standard.

Facilities are correct for the price. Rooms are right and bed are very comfortable. Queen and king size in all rooms.
Breakfast service is really bad. Waiters don't speak English and there aren't any kidnaps! Really crazy.
