If there were negative review stars, that's what that hospital deserves. My father had a surgery on his hip. After the surgery was done, because my father had Alzheimer's disease, they did not give him his diabetes and HEART medication or eat or change his diapers claiming that he didn't want to take them. Guess what cheich zaid. THAT'S WHY HE'S HOOKED UP TO THE FREAGGING IV. After he came home. We noticed a big sore on his buttocks from lack of care. Few days later, his sugar level dropped to 0.07 at 2 am. He was dying. I called emergency and somebody in OR told me that they didn't have any room. I was begging them because my father was dying and the answer was "sorry there is nothing we can do". Can you believe this? Really? No room? This hospital is just a money making clinic where, i was told, rich people go to rest. I was willing to pay money. That wasn't the issue. Screw that place. I want to le the money making owers know that i will do everything i can to publish the foolishnesd that is happening in that hospital
Perhaps the doctors are good. But the service in general is terrible, it is a private hospital and they treat you poorly, the nurses are complety lost I had to help them to put the IV to my mother.
Cheikh zaid hospital is the best in Morocco ,many patient from other countries specialty ,Africans countries ,
Way too expensive. Medium services. The good thing about this is it has a lot of equipment and specialities.
This is by far the worst hospital, and I have been to a lot, low customer service, they don't care about patients, no regards to our people, minimal communication I would rather go to another hospital than this one If you see any good reviews here, be sure it's either the stuff or a family of the stuff More than the lack of humanity in that hospital, they are going to enjoy your pockets with unnecessary tests and scans (true story, we found out that they made a radio scan to my father, and it was still sealed in the doctor's office after a month of doing it) they didn't even need it!!!
The worst hospital in the word. They make people work years for free.. And the good thing about it. You can die peacefully there. No one can do anything for you!
Low customer service on the phone
While im trying to reach the doctor if is available before i drive from other city to rabat
salam aleykoum
Best hospital in Morocco
Great hopital, I had an ear surgery, nothing to say but excellent service.
