  Very good service, I had rented the car at Casablanca airport, when I was in Agadir there were problems with the brake pads, I have to exchange them, I went to Hertz in Agadir center, Mr. Ayoub was a very very nice person, polite, he supported me very well, he accompanied me to the Speedy garage, the problem was definitely solved. Thank you again for this better service.

  I rented a vehicle for 2 days from "dollar car" on the internet we arrived in the morning at hertz we were treated to a very cold welcome! the name of the reservation was not the same name as the credit card he asked us 300 dirams more.
  
  I refused then what the reception of the agent left really desired and that he could have made a gesture! I see if I can change the name on the internet and he says curtly "there's no point looking on the internet, you won't be able to change"
  
  I preferred not to take the car and leave them 75 euros rather than taking the car to this unhealthy agent who seemed dishonest to me rather than taking the deposit for a fact that I did not is not committed!
  
  I then went to a nearby agency which was very friendly and did not even take a deposit. I just left my passport.

  We had some issues with our credit card and the card machine at the start, which immediately changed the mood of the person at the counter. After contacting our bank they assured us the deposit reservation of 18000 MAD was successfully charged on our card. The staff stayed very defensive and unhelpfull, not wanting to go through the effort of checking with their own backoffice if the reservation was actually made, nor did they offer any alternative solution, which left us no other choice but to go to AVIS next door (who were a lot more professional). Unfortunately we already paid for the car and now have to go through a whole process to get our money and our deposit back
