It is not as good as the price suggest.
I did not like the first room offered bed sheet were dirty. The second was a little better.
It needs to redo all the painting of doors repar handles
A bad smell is felt in the air
The worse breakfast options and quality of food i have ever experienced. However to mention a very nice staff at the restaurant. Juice was emty at 8 and never renewed. Charged at 95 dirham this is practically theifing
Management need to improve breakfast vareties, add more quantities and better qualities of cheeses, bread, juices,
Change the bed sheets daily, air freshener, change you doors that are bad.

I just can not believe what they did to me, Chellah, it was supposed to be a well known hotel in Rabat. I made a phone reservation and literaly said "I want to stay from the 1st of august and leaving the 3rd, 2 nights", and the receptionist (a woman) told me 718Dh. I we agreed to confirm reservation by email, so I wrote them to the email they provided me, then the Responsable de Réservations (Madame Addi) confirmed me and here I copy/paste what she wrote me: "Bien confirmé a718 dhs(inclus le petit déjeuner)".
When I arrived at the hotel after an awful trip from the north by bus and then taxi to the hotel, there was another receptionist, this time a man, and sais that I don't have a confirmed reservation so I had to forward him the email I had with the confirmation.
After doing so, he sais that the total price is 1.436Dh!! the double, that the price they confirmed me was per night. I complaint about it, he consulted a colleague by phone and agreed that it was a mistake from the Reservations Responsible but the price is still 1.436Dh. I felt so mistreated, I wonder if they would have done the same to a foreign businessman
Then I just found another wonderful hotel in the Medina called Hotel Darna, which I highly recommend you instead of this detestable, impolite and horrible horrible hotel with such an awful policy. Will never ever stay there and I'll do all my best to make all my friends family and clients to avoid going there. I just feel so frustrated because what of the way they treated me.response / report this review -

This hotel is NEVER 4 Star
I had a bad experience with this Helnan Chellah Hotel.
I had a confirmation for my reservation and it was paid but the hotel administration was not prepared.
in my confirmation is written down "All taxes are included into this price" but they tried to get from me other taxes 18MDH per person per night.
the batteries on the TV remote control were empty and no reaction after I gave the reception the information.
Bad smell on the bed room
Old TV device with very bad stream quality of channels.
No German channels
Very poor breakfast.
No Parking for Guest.

not so big room, but clean and comfortable. two problem i found: the cleaners seem to be very eager to clean the room. they tried several times even after my refuse. and sometimes wifi reject my access
