“I stayed at Top Ourika for 4 nights and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The first day I met Abdel the manager who gave me an incredible welcome and showed me all the facilities. He obviously takes great pride in the hotel and I saw him one day tending to the garden to ensure it was perfect for guests! Abdel had to leave on day 2 so left Abdul in charge of me. Abdul was a brilliant host and a perfect replacement! He did everything that I asked for and much more. He arranged all my transportation to more unusual destinations and even drew me maps in Arabic so that I could show the drivers! He was incredibly flexible with my [many!] requests and basically made my stay there an absolute pleasure. I cannot thank Abdul enough for all the hard work that he put in to make my stay comfortable! All in all the food was great, the rooms comfortable and the location perfect. I highly recommend a stay here! One thing I would add is that if you decide to book and then cancel your trip - please please inform the hotel. The reason is that the workers have to wait until midnight [often in the cold] until it is officially classed as a 'no-show'. Of course this time could be better spent with their families. Please out of respect to these guys be sure to cancel because I have met them and they really are wonderful people! Of course I hope you don't cancel as I am sure you will have a great stay like me!”
