  My brother and I stayed at the more upscale Hotel Salama across the road from the (Cafe-Restautant) Hotel Tanger, but out of curiosity we asked to look at a room and it seemed ok. I don't recall any air-conditioning, but the room we were shown seemed basic and comfortable for just 100 dirhams for two people, which is cheap. (We paid over 300 DH for one night at Hotel Salama, but there was plenty of hot water, wonderful views from the balcony, excellent WiFi, but no free breakfast.)
  
  If I were on a lower budget I would consider the Hotel Tanger. It is very simple but pleasant and centrally located near the main food market.
  
  You can have Moroccan meals and coffee, water, soda or mint tea downstairs on the covered terrace, overlooking a ravine that has flooded in the past.

  I hated this place cause they tell me that laptop are not allowed. Wth! Obviously they had just a random 3G Modem with wifi generate.
  If u wanna use inetrnet go smhr else. Maybe la kasbah is definitly better.

  Cet avis ne concerne que le café-restaurant. Excellente cuisine, typique et pas chère. Terrasse sympa pour observer la vie de la ville.
