  Famous cafe, hotel and restaurant. I can only give a review of the cafe. It is a good place to grab a drink but it will be crowded in the evening. We got placed at a table which was already used and the other people just had to share it. They have 3 levels at which you can sit and enjoy the view.

  The cafe is really famous in Marrakesh and is divide in 3 parts, the restaurant, the cafe and hotel. They also have an outside terrace.
  The cafe has a nice view over the square.
  Service is really slow and the toillets are really dirty, really dirty and also you have to pay for using the dirty place.

  We only visited the cafe out front, not the restaurant. It was nice to sit and have a drink, but they let the locals constantly harass you to buy cigarettes and knock off ray-bans. Very annoying.

  In advance I’m only reviewing the Cafe as I haven’t tried their restaurant. They serve standard drinks and ice cream. Everything I’ve tried was good. The most st important part of this place is the view from their terasse overlooking Jema Elfena, where you can watch the happenings there and enjoy your evening. Don’t fancy special things there and keep your expectations reasonable to be able to enjoy both the view and your time.

  I did not feel very welcome. I wanted to eat and drink on the very upper top terrace, but was constrained to take the menu - or nothing. Although still tables very unoccupied, it seems they can afford such an approach which does not seem to service oriented... However, a splendid view from above, and a waiter who at least explained the management's decision to sell only menus on the top. Therefore still a 3.

  The Service is not the best. But the rooftop bar is nice. Our Tip: just drink a coffee there and eat somewhere else.

  Very, very bad, overpriced food. And people trying to sell junk watches and sunglasses constantly come to your table. Bad experience.

  View to the sunset from the terrace is the main reason to go here. Service was medium to bad, toilets were horrible, food was below average and therefore not good value. The air conditioned bar on the ground floor isn't the cheapest but it's cool and the service on that floor was better. They also keep the hawkers under control which is a nice break to cool off after the souks

  It is worth visiting for the view alone. The view of the marketplace from the balcony is terrific. I was told by a local to avoid the food and coffee. So just order a mint tea, and enjoy the view.

  Came here to get away from the hustle and bustle. The rooftop Cafe has an amazing Panoramic view and the mint tea was very nice indeed. Come here to watch the sunset.

  Don't go up stairs. Rooftop cafe is too expensive (mint tea 20dh, black coffee 20dh, hot milk 20dh) and they charged different price to local people. rooftop is no wifi toilet fee is 5dh !!!! Too rude !!!

  Was very disappointed.
  The service was awful, the food was not good, there was one bottle of ketchup for the entire terrasse,...
  Plus it's not cheap, especially for the food quality.
  The only positive point is the view.
