Nice pool . Great views of the city..Pity about the birds in the pool all the time. 🐤🐦Staff not that friendly at breakfast. Not enough forks. Spoons or plates. Nice hotel. Bad odour around but candles to keep the smell at bay. Decent rooms. Not the worst hotel in Morocco by any stretch. 3 stars room for improvement

Great place. Kinda cold at night but great prices and good service. No cover charge and they even gave us blankets.

The roof bar is just a must. Great views over the city. Clean air. Beer. Pizza. Chicha. Nothing not to like. Well. bit pricey but sit back and admire the view.

The rooftop bar has an incredible view of Marrakech all the way to the atlas mountains to the East and South, combined with an infinity pool it's a great location.

Unfortunately, the surly staff who bring you the wrong order then make excuses to try and get you to accept the wrong order spoil the experience somewhat.

Great roof top bar! Both during the day and even more so at night. The food is also very very good.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The drinks were average price 100dhm cocktail wine spritz 60dhm. The views are lovely. Good play list and nice to escape the streets below. Food looked great but we did not eat there.

Sky Bar is a really nice place to take a cocktail and watch the sunset. They even had a live DJ when we were there but with a very relaxed atmosphere.

Avoid like a plague. Management were terrible. Service was horrendous. Rooms weren't ready, handles were broken, showers were filthy. When it came to breakfast, nothing was left 8.30am and didn't even bother to replenish. Not even worth 1 star.

Bygone era deco. This is a very solid building ( not shoddy work) with good finishing. However run by mindless unqualified staff, costing management more than they are generating. We paid extra for superior room. Well, on arrival we were taken to a room less than standard with horrible stains on the floor. We immediately protested and asked a chambermaid what room she was cleaning just next to the one offered to us. She said standard. This standard room was bigger with wardrobe, although no doors. We moved into it because of our long journey and the need for rest. Meanwhile, manager insisted that the room he offered initially was superior. The night in that room was unsettling. Firstly, there was a strong smell of raw sewage, no shower glass / curtain, the bedside tables were dusty and the lamps didn't work.

They didn't change the beddings until told after 4days. The second day they failed to put towel on the floor in the bathroom and a dodgy tower bathrail gave up the ghost. The list goes on and on.
Shame it is a beautiful building that will benefit from good management and governance.
PS: SPEAKS NO ENGLISH (frustrating to communicate-did not come across any English guest ) Did offer to move us to another room, but we ignore them for fear of reprisals.
