  Cheap service. Smelly room it looks like someone vomited in the room and they have no idea where the smell is coming from. All what they could offer me a refreshing spray !!! place need lots of improvement

  Visited this hotel in winter season, so summer might be different. Reception service and room was fine. Very large room. The breakfast room was very cold and one morning it was chaotic. I assume a larger number of people took breakfast before me, but no lean table,no cutlery, no cups nor plates, several food boxes empty.and the staff was not able to manage this professionally and surely not how you would expect a hotel to do.

  Shockingly awful hotel save your money and go somewhere else. I had not heating or hot water. The A/C didnt work and the staff were rude. I waited 7 hours for a manager that never arrived and there emails never worked when I tried to email them. I will NEVER use again and highly recommend that you dont as well.

  Probably one of the worst derelict hotels I've seen. Stained sheets, bad housekeeping, cockroaches in the room, some of the staff very unpleasant. Would not recommend to anyone. Not even cheap and late at night you'd be harassed by a prostitute in the lobby. Very Dirty.

  Horrible service. Air-conditioning is not working and it is too warm to sleep. Reception is ignoring my call and since I cannot sleep anyway, going to keep ringing them all night.

  We had a nice view from our room and the swimming-pool is nice, but we were very desapointed with the service. Staff was not very helpfull at diverse occasions.
  This 4 stars hotel was not at the expected level. It would need some well done renovation, not some temporary fixing we have seen.
  The breakfast was fine.

  Great location at the Casablanca corniche, with great view, relaxing stay and nice pool. Good choice for a short stay in Casablanca.
