very comfortable hotel in european standart with nice swimming pool and delicious breakfast. perfect place for relaxing after getting lost in the old marrakesh medina :)

We were 3 staying as an all-inclusive stay. The food was pretty good, but we were very disappointed to find out food at the snack bar and drinks at the bar were extra cost. Drinks at the snack bar we're free, but had extremely small doses of weak alcohol.
We had a room for 3 people and were given a room for 2 with a pretty uncomfortable third bed.
Pool area was quite small, but they ended up adding more chairs to accommodate the number of people.
Staff was pretty nice and accommodating overall, but definitely not worth the 4 stars in my opinion.
Worst aspect was probably being given water bottles filled with tap water risking infections and whatnot, even as an all-inclusive stay, instead demanding 3 Euros per sealed water bottle.response / report this review -

The hotel have a really bad service, since. It is a hot city in the summer and you like to keep working on your fitness every hotel should provide an acceptable fitness area, but the hotel have a small area for that and its out of service. Not to mention in first arrival the electricity and air-conditioning was not working. Although they changed to suit, but still the problem of air-conditioning not solved. Meals time is not respective, housekeeping is not on time and food quality is low And there is more, i will leave you to explore.

Fantastic Hotel. Really friendly staff. good room service, great bar staff with variety selection of drinks. They do great shisha. French and morrocan menu.
