My family and I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any request we had. We did not eat in the hotel restaurants, as there were many options very close by which were much more reasonably priced. The room was clean, and kept clean throughout our stay. We were there over New Years and while there was a gala going on in the hotel, we were oblivious to any noise they may have been making.
NB - any services you request from the front desk (ie. tours, taxis) will likely cost you more than what you can obtain elsewhere. In most cases, you are getting what you pay for (a taxi on the street is not going to be as nice as the company the concierge will call you) so if you are wanting to save a few $$$ you may choose to look outside for some of the things you need.response / report this review -

Newly renovated, good furniture but staff irregular: the waitress and maitre were very helpful and friendly but no Cook in show cooking for omelets and the cashier was a little too serious

Great pool , good rooms most of the service staff are excellent and can't do enough to help . The staff at the front desk can be a little distracted in their attention . The Moroccan restaurant is v good although expensive . The onsite Italian restaurant is best avoided and was our worst meal in Fes . The pool staff do an awesome job please tip them they deserve it.

This is by far the best Marriott I have ever been to and I have been to so many around the world. The staff are unbelievably awesome! truly highly respectful and extremely polite! The Moroccan architecture is amazing. My only request is for them to pay attention to some maintenance issues in the room, such as light switches. Deep cleaning of corners would be important as well. But again, the place is beautiful and employees are very very very kind! Including Manager Ms. Azadou who has welcomed my family in person. Thank you for your hospitality, I feel like I had a wonderful time.
