A school that doesn't care about it's students, low quality education, unfairness when it comes to marks and most (but not all) of its teachers are neither competent nor capable of their own subject that they teach, working hard and answering all exam question perfectly won't guarantee having the mark you deserve, it depends on the teacher's mood, and the opinion of a mere student doesn't count by definition.
  Not recommanding it.
