The manager of our hostel helped to organise a rental through this agency. Price was competitive for a small car and had no issues with the car throughout our surf trip to the coast. Pre-payment was in cash but did not lead to any issues. Would rent from again and recommend. Cheers!

This is a rental agency to avoid at all cost! I have reserved a car with them and agreed on a price but they suddenly changed their mind by offering a much smaller car instead. When I complained that this was not what we agreed, they stated that the car I wanted was already taken. I was puzzled so I just decided to cancel the whole thing. The lady then tried to book the car I wanted but for a much higher price! At this point, i realized that they were just trying to obtain more money so I cancelled the whole thing.
One thing that struck me with this company was that they only accept cash payments which made the whole thing look
very suspicious. Stay away from this company and try to book with known agencies. Update on Jan 15: the company is stating they do no know me instead of making an apology? I have no time to make up stories but please stay away from this company since your reservation is not guaranteed and they can change the car type as they wish. I would go with established companies and avoid this one at all costs. Stay away!
