Very clean and the bed and blankets were new. Mattress on the firmer side but I love that so slept like a baby. The location makes it very convenient for those arriving/departing with CTM buses. Would stay there again.
We took the 7am bus to Rabat and the hotel provided us with a lunch box.
There was a large group of people having dinner in front of our room. They didn't stay up until late though so didn't prevent us from sleeping well. Could have been an issue if we wanted to sleep early (10pm). The hotel offered us to provide us with free dinner to make up for that.

The boss is a liar, did not admit the cash we have received, the hotel room was stinky, bad attitude,the worst hotel in my life,we have already tell the police。The boss really shameless

The best thing about this place is its location across from the bus station and that is it. It is better to stay in the old Medina then rather take a cab to and from the medina every day. There is also only one restaurant that is close by so your choice is limited. There was also a low level hum in our bedroom through out the night witch was totally annoying, I suspect it was the ac or the factory right next door. The breakfast was 50 Durham twice as much as eating in the medina and tack on the cab ride it just doesn't add up. The view from the hotel is sort of nice if you are not bothered by the multiple construction sited that dot the landscape. The best place to eat is in Central Commercial "Boulevard Hassan 2" it's a little family restaurant by the entrence. Look for the mother who sits in the back taking charge of all the finances. Enjoy!

One of the best places in chefchaouen.. Very clean and comfortable, good location.Staff was really welcoming and attentive, it was excellent service. Breakfast was really good and the room was very beautiful and comfortable.

By Moroccan standards at this price range, this hotel is pretty good value for money. BUT, things never work quite right in Morocco Pros: great location next to bus station; room is well heated. Cons: shower is somewhat broken so it runs out of hot water at 4x the speed and takes hours to reheat. Wifi is also very weak in the rooms.

The location is close to the bus station and the medina not too far away, though it is a mostly uphill walk. Staff were friendly - I arrived late and they delivered dinner for me from a restaurant they also operate. Door does close overnight and I don't think anyone was there throughout the night. Room was ok, and overall a good and affordable place to stay.

Reply to the owner: it's actually funny to deny my stay at Dar Annasr without even knowing who I am but simply because you got a one star rating. This wouldn't make your hotel any better but to reveal that you are a lier. I could help everybody to realize this by uploading my reservation screenshot.

Very disappointed stay. Would only recommend if you arrive late and leave early. Because it is located very close to the bus station but far from Medina.

And for those who leave before 8am, you won't get breakfast even though you may have already paid (they didn't say that while booking), neither will you get a refund. However there's actually only one CTM bus everyday to Casablanca at 7am, which means everyone who takes this bus won't get your breakfast. I won't believe the owner of a hostel located directly behind the bus station doesn't notice the schedule.

Not to mention other bad currency exchange payment issues. Would have rated zero star if google allows.

Pros: location is good for certain groups. Right at the bus station.

Cons: the staff was very unfriendly to us. He first tried double charging me the deposit I already paid. After failing to do so he then tried using a ridiculous exchange rate to calculate the remaining balance. Meanwhile, he couldn't stop complaining about the website I made the reservation. On the day we left, we were not offered the breakfast because our departure time, 6:30am, was "too early" and they only offer at 8am.
