We did 2 excursions wuth Couscous. The first one was a half day Agadir tour where Couscous himself was the guide. Our only criticism with that trip was that he gave us a lot of sales pitch on buying Argan oil only from a women's association stating that if we buy from anywhere else, we will not be allowed to carry out of Morocco. That was a whole load of bull*hit. We bought argan oil from other places and no one said anything at the airport. So yes, overall was ok but this left a sour taste. Our next trip was to Tarudount and Tiout. The driver and tour was brilliant overall.
