Lousy service, unqualified people, disrespect for patients, endless wait, very bad experience.

Really their service doesn't even deserve a star.
Several girls at the reception level without added value, they do not even answer you and if they do it it is arrogantly in a way that you feel denigrated while we are here to pay our money.
Total poor organization, poor quality of service and total ignorance are the hallmarks of this private clinic za3ma.

I had a retinal detachment in my left eye, I lost all hope and was recommended to me Dr ZAIM, appointment for the operation taken after a week, the operation (the most delicate ) hamdollah is successful..competent DR.

already a bad experience, but hey, I
am said I retry. Appointment made for 09h00,

because of the secretary of benkirane my father lost his right eye, .. after a first successful cataract operation the dr told us to come back in a month for a second compulsory operation, and after the month of treatment each time I call for an appointment the secretary tells me that the dr is on leave abroad, it lasts 8 weeks until the day I met a patient of the same dr and he told me that he is always there, the next day I went to his walk-in office and I met him and he told me that he was not absent during this whole period. And the best is that he told us that it is too late for the operation and that he can do nothing for us since we are late 😒 in addition did not believe us by telling me that the secretary has no interest in lying too bad there are still such people in our society, .. if I knew that it was enough to give him 20 or 50 dh to have an appointment I would but mnt it's too late .. ALLAH IHDIKOM

J'ai fait des implants multifocaux .. et c est réussi .. je vois maintenant 10 sur 10 .. je conseille les personnes qui sont myopes à le faire .. merci a doc Amrani
