I will forever be grateful to the amazing staff at the Clinque Marrakech. We were in an emergency situation with my young daughter and they were fantastic with us. The traumatologist Dr Benouhoud (who is amazing with children and speaks fluent English) saw us immediately, gave a thorough explanation of the diagnosis and the treatment and he regularly came to check on my daughter, talked with us and even played cards with her when she felt better! Dr Clare McCaughey was brilliant - she added further explanation to the plan of treatment which she explained so clearly and answered all my questions - I had been quite worried about what was going to happen but she reassured me and I felt better about the situation after speaking with her at length. I knew my daughter was in the best of care. The nursing staff expertly got the IV into my child's arm (which was a challenge) and they were so attentive and kind. Our room in the hospital was of a very high quality and the staff did everything in their power to make sure we were comfortable and reassured. We spent two nights in the hospital and I was extremely happy with the services we received. If we ever needed medical attention again we will be going back to the clinique le marrakech, no hesitation.

In December my 3 year old son fell and cut his head open on tile. We arrived at Clinique Le Marrakech and were met by the emergency room staff as we entered the building. They quickly and calmly asked questions to ascertain the gravity of the injury. Within minutes my son was getting stitches. All the doctors involved were competent and professional and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Allah istir, if we have another emergency we will return to Le Marrakech.

As an international who moved to Marrakech 3 months ago we had not planned on needing a hospital so soon. My 12 year old son broke his toe and we rushed to the hospital. We had great service and they got us in immediately. He ended up needing surgery and a bunch of stitches. Dr. Clare and Dr. Benouhoud were very professional and did a great job of taking care of my son. The hospital was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We will definitely be using this hospital in the future.

I recently underwent varicose vein surgery in Clinique Le Marrakech. Despite the surgery being more painful than I anticipated with a longer recovery time than I thought, the overall experience was a very positive one. The doctors are excellent, the rooms are very pleasant and well-designed, and the place is always spotless. I hope to never have to use the services again, but if I do, I am glad to know that they exist here in Marrakech.

I was admitted to this clinic after carefully choosing what I thought was the best in marrakech. They claim to cater to the international visitors in marrakech. I was told to shush by a nurse while I was crying from pain after surgery because for some weird reason the refused to give me pain killers. The room was cleaned with very strong perfume 2 times a day same rag to wipe tables and chairs without actually rinsing it or anything. Honestly I feel I was charged for a service I could have got for free at the public hospital.
I had a nurse puncture my nerve in my hand while using a transfusion needle to administer serum she tried 4 times and I now I have nerve damaged hand. She refused to listen when I asked for a smaller needle.
Nurses never came in to ask if I was ok or to give me the prescribed anti inflammatory medicines I had to request them and remind them. Eventually I sent my family to buy them from the pharmacy.
The Dr I had was great but the administration is rude and the nurses are incompetent.
This place should be shut down
Cutting corners and making big claims just to make money. Our lives are better then that and there is other clinics that are actually good and well known for years.
Never will I return to this place and I'm making a legal case against themresponse / report this review
