Incredible experience! We had booked the Top VIP package (with a sunrise to remember!) and were not disappointed! Jacques, our pilot, did an amazing job manning the balloon - very smooth ride! We were also accompanied by Abdullah and two other helpers who were all equally wonderful. Abdullah rejoiced us the whole time with tidbits about the surrounding areas, from the moment he picked us up, throughout the flight and all the way back. The Berber breakfast was also delicious and very refreshing, with fresh fruits and olives from the local area. Amazing crew! Amazing service! Very highly recommended! 👍 The only downside is the issues they have with their website transactions, which we completed by going directly to the offices in Gueliz.

Zeer mooie ballonvlucht. Zeer ervaren en bekwaam personeel die hun job uitvoeren met passie. Vooral bij zonsopgang een prachtig zicht over de Atlas! Een echte aanrader als je Marrakech bezoekt!

Superbe escapade au levé de soleil, sans autre bruit que celui du bruleur, on flotte dans l'air et on monte jusqu'à 1 000 mètres !! Service excellent, avec un partage de la passion de l'ensemble du personnel. A FAIRE ABSOLUMENT !!
