  Nice hiking route up from the river valley through a berbour village up around the river to the falls and then up around the top edge to get a view back across the valley toward the falls. Nice small waterfalls, with little pop up cafes on the way up along with little stalls selling little trinkets and some fossils.
  Down in the valley you can have dinner while sitting IN the stream.
  Make sure you were a pair of trainers with good grip in the wet

  Good one if you get hold of a good guide. Get to the place on a Tuesday so that you can enjoy the shopping at the weekly market as well. Tricky hike, need good shoes

  This would probably be a nice place to go, if it was only for the waterfall itself. We were hoarded up through an endless maze of shops selling junk and more junk. At the end, we were taken down a real path up to the waterfall without any shops don't even think this is any different than staying in Marrakech. Same same, no difference

  The higher you go, the more beautiful waterfalls you get to see. This was probably my favorite excursion as I got to take amazing photos as well as climb 2500m up mount atlas. Definitely a must if you're in Morocco!

  Climb can be a bit steep, so bring sensible walking shoes (trainers/hiking shoes with good grips are excellent choices) and anticipate potentially getting them wet.
  
  The first falls are about 30 flights of stairs up according to my Fitbit and tend to be crowded with tourists and locals. It is well worth continuing a further 21 flights up (Fitbit!) to the upper falls for a more pristine experience (and a freezing cold natural shower if you're up for it).
  
  Well worth 300 DH for an excellently guided trip.

  Nice hike up to the cascades, only we went when the water level wasn't high, so somewhat underwhelming. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the way up.

  Gorgeous waterfalls with plenty of surrounding stalls and restaurants. Hiking was slightly challenging, but very fun. Not recommended for anyone without good footwear or mobility.
