  The Cafe Terrasse Boulevard is a very pleasant cafe and restaurant where you may sit, relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the downtown port and new marina in Tangier, plus even more views of the Medina, the Kasbah, the mountains of Andalucia and the town of Tarifa in the distance across the Strait of Gibraltar.
  
  The Cafe Terasse Boulevard offers delicious breakfasts, omelettes, crepes, croquets, paninis, hamburgers, lasagne, pizzas and salads—all at a reasonable price.
  
  There is free WiFi for use by the customers. I stopped here for a break after shopping for food items at the Acima supermarket which is located in the basement level of the Tanger Boulevard shopping mall
  
  The Cafe Terrasse Boulevard on the upper level of Tanger Boulevard, which has other restaurants and cafes, is well maintained and it is definitely a very good place to enjoy a cafe, tea or delicious well prepared food. It is not overly noisy inside and the background music is at a low level so you are not distracted.
  
  It is very pleasant to sit outside and relax while enjoying your meal or bask in the sunshine or under a large white umbrella and enjoy the excellent views of the Tangier port and ocean, the Kasbah, and the mountains of Andalucia and southernmost coast of Spain.

  The Cafe Terrasse Boulevard is a very pleasant place to relax and enjoy the great views of the downtown port and marina in Tangier, plus even more views of the Medina, the Kasbah, and the mountains of Andalusia, and the town of Tarifa in the distance across the Strait of Gibraltar.
  
  The Cafe Terasse Boulevard is also a restaurant that serves simple but delicious crepes, hamburgers, pizzas and salads at a reasonable price.
  
  There is free WiFi for use by the customers. I stopped here for a break after shopping for food items at the Acima supermarket which is located in the basement level of the Tanger Boulevard shopping center complex. Unfortunately, the entrance has been allowed to deteriorate either through management/ownership neglect and unfortunately someone just does seem to want to spend the necessary money to maintain both the up and down escalators. There are missing hand rails on the stairs, and some of the stone has been chipped at the entrance.
  
  The Cafe Terrasse Boulevard on the upper level of Tanger Boulevard, which has other restaurants and cafes, is well maintained and it is definitely a very good place to enjoy a cafe, tea or delicious well prepared food.
