  Cafe Tarifa on Avenue Imam Mouslim in the Dradeb area of Tangier is one a dozen cafes on this avenue. It is clean, has WiFi and a television so the mostly local clientele can idle away the hours immersed in football or news while enjoying a coffee, tea or soda.
