In a city that has over 1,000 cafes, this unpretentious downtown cafe can't be beat for its views of the ocean and, on a clear day you can even see Tarifa, Spain in the distance.

The outdoor seating in the Boulevard Pasteur is great for people watching. Inside is not be the most elegant in decor but the coffees are OK. The waiters usually serve immediately and there is a small area upstairs where the ancient toilet is located.

Cafe Mirador is a good place to rest, and in the late afternoon it is cool outside and you can look directly across the Strait of Gibraltar to Tarifa and the mountains of Andalucia.

Unfortunately, Cafe Mirador and the tabac shop next-door no longer have working WiFi as they did up until the past two or three months (as of April 3, 2018). This means that I will now have to go to any other cafe that has strong WiFi. The Cafe Mirador has definitely lost my regular business since it no longer has WiFi.

La vue est superbe mais l'interieur,l'équipement et la qualité du café sont médiocres.

The outdoor seating in the Boulevard Pasteur is great for people watching. Inside may not be the most elegant in decor but the coffees are OK and it does have free WiFi that sometimes (but not always) works, although the signal is not very strong so it may be useless.

The WiFi is excellent so you can check your emails while enjoying a drink.

Not a bad place to rest and check your emails while enjoying a drink.
