Colin Bosworth is a real gem! I found him on Google when I decided to buy a property here in Marrakech. Colin helped me very well looking for a riad in Marrakech.
He had a lot of nice riads to view.
His video's of all the riads are great to view too and to get a very good idea what they look like inside.
He took me around in the tuktuk which made it all a lot easyer around the medina. And fun!
All was professional. No dodgy places.
After some good research I found the one I wanted.
We went to the notary together. And now I am very happy in my beautiful riad!!

We came across Colin from looking at his YouTube videos. This quickly progressed to phoning him and arranging to meet in Marrakech. He came to our hotel with a list of riads that matched our requirements and in a moment we were visiting them in turn in a tuktuk he had arranged for us. It was great fun and almost every property we saw was a possible. Colin helped us through every step of buying our riad, arranging a notary, a translator, visiting the property to check on the progress of building works, helping us open a convertible bank account. He even attended the final meeting to sign the documents, just to be there to see the process complete. He was brilliant. We will use Bosworth Property again and we would recommend Colin to anyone looking to buy a property in Morocco.
