I love it. It make me best day because when I arrived holiday I was bit nervous I never before Moccoro so it's my first time in Moccoro but I really like it, when my first day I went Aqua Fun really big fun but I really love it😆 and the men from work hotel bar but the men make me smile he was really nice and friendly also men too. When I went to rifle air without zoom I thought it have zoom but it don't have zoom so it's my first time (2nd times before with zoom but now without zoom) I really enjoyed it . When Oct 20th I went to camal with my mum but it's my first time ride camal when camal stand up but it make me bit scary but I'm lucky I was no fall haha but it really hot sun but viewed beautiful rocks, trees and dry land🐫 when night time at 9:30pm when the men from rifle air say well done who high points is. Frances! But I was happy with myself and I really love it but I give five stars for hotel❤ because it make me best day😆

Stayed here wih my cousin and his 2 girls and my 2 girls age between 6 and 2. The starting wasn't good as couldn't find our booking ref but once that all sorted the real holiday began. Got a family room on the ground floor which was spacious and cool. Everything was in order and working apart from a small leak from wash basin in bathroom. The staff was very helpful friendly. The best thing we liked about the place was the water park and the different swimming pool located around the hotel. I forgot howmany swimming pools they have got. Also the variety of rides they had for kids and adults was amazing and the 10 days we stayed at the hotel the kids loved it the most as they were in the different swimming pools from 10.30 till 7.00 pm and also used all the rides even though they dont know how to swim. After 1st day all the fear of water was gone out of the window as their was so many kids and adults enjoying the swimming pools. For adults their is so many rides as well even though i am not the ride person enjoyed all the different rides for adults and would recommend anyone. Weather was at its peak being 42/43 for all 9/10 days.
Evening dinners were vety enjoyable as their was so much variety to choose from i.e salads, tagins, barbecues with variety of meat and vegetables, desserts, fruits, wines, spirits, cocktails etc.
I would also recommend to checkout the spa and variety if offers they do. Speak to lady called fatima very good to deal with for spa offers. We had 2 massages, hummam bath and facial in a very reasonable price. Boby Massages were very relaxing and also they got our skin ready for tan which was beautiful and have still got that dark browninsh colour. Also speak to guy called Mehndi he arranges all the excursion and if you dont fancy doing the full excursion just do the quad bkes i would recommend to everyone.
So all in all had a smashing holiday which we would love to go back next year.
Four people i would like to thank for making a enjoyable stay at Be Live Aqua Park hotel is Taha on the Reception, Aisha who does the best massages and kids entertainer Tito and John who are twins and are excellent entertainer. Shopping in the market in marrekesh town center is a must asca experience aswell.
Swimming pools and rides is a star attraction for this place given the temperature is between 27 and 45 its pleasure to be in and around the pools. Hope you enjoy it.response / report this review -

The first day was a hell for us .. bad reception .. our room was without air conditioning .. we had to wait 5 hours to get another room.
However it improved on the next .. good food .. very good aquatic parc .. very friendly staff and animators.response / report this review -

Went to this hotel in January 2016 8 women and we all loved it.
We were greeted at the door by the waiter with drinks for us and the reception staff couldn't help us enough as we had to fill in extra visa cards. Moved to our rooms to drop cases off in which the men brought them all for us and were extremely friendly and helpful. Our rooms were in fantastic condition very clean, airy and spacious considering two of our rooms had 3 double beds in there. Had towels given to us for the pool area and extra pillows for comfort. Bar staff were always welcoming and friendly also were happy enough to bring the drink to us. Entertainment in the evening was ok we also made our own fun in which the animation team gladly participated in. For someone like myself who is extremely fussy with food - I never once went hungry therefore the food was brilliant, - fish and chicken mainly on the menu most evenings but in different forms.
Would highly recommend this hotel I am currently looking for next years dates and prices to come out.response / report this review -

Well where should I start. The first 10 days were fantastic until all the locals turned up for the Christmas "spectacular" evening on Christmas eve. The locals were very rude and we're like animals. Chaos is the only word to describe it. The manager didn't even have the balls to talk to me. Most of the staff are fantastic especially the kids club but the muppets on reception are useless. Rooms were dirty and every day our key failed to work. Dont forget the moroccan tax you have to pay upon arrival. Waterparks were amazing. The locals made you feel unwelcome and I even had security following me because I didn't take the crap off them. Wouldn't recommend and certainly wouldn't go again
