Amazing place. Unfortunately we got cold pool all week because of weather not picked up. Apparently it was coldest in last 6 years because of which we had to sleep in cold rooms as heating was not working but we were provided with extra pair of blankets. Free bus shuttle to old and new town was very handy. Food was not as per our taste. We struggled. I heard from friends there was a lot more option when they visited. All in all okish experience for the price we paid.

Very nice place to stay, the staff are amazing, especially Ilyas on reception, went out if his way to help. The breakfast is delicious and the best meal of the day. I like my food to have flavour and spice which I felt was lacking from lunch and evening buffet. This may not be the hotels fault as the morrocan people tend to like their food not to be too spicy. All in all a memorable trip and I will definitely be visiting again.

Stayed a week here in winter 2017 all inclusive. The food was varied and cooked to a good standard, the drinks are basic but they don't skimp on the measures, mostly unbranded spirits. The entertainment team and cleaning staff are great, they work so hard from morning till late at night for very little so tipping goes a long way. The grounds, pool and facilities are all keep to a good standard, this is a very busy and popular place so not really for rest or relaxation but you can find quieter areas to relax. Rooms are large and quiet which is massive plus, also shower was huge which again is really a massive bonus. Trips and excursions available. All staff speak English and are very friendly.

When we arrived we were subjected to 100 durhams charge per room. I had booked a room with a pool view but was told that it was a balcony or pool view not both. The food was good but the service could have been better. When the weather turned bad we were being told to just go to our rooms if there was no were to sit at reception. Marrakech is a wonderful city but will definitely won't stay here agaim

Super hotel on edge of Marrakech, guarded though so not a good idea to go outside gates for walkies. Lovely adult only pool! Breakfasts fine, bars good and big pool for kids with slides.

The management tried to pin damage to the room done by previous guest on me and my wife. And called the police when I refused to pay. The police said they need to stop being stupid and blaming guests without proof. I stand by the negative reviews this place gets. Cleaning and entertainment staff are great. But the management and reception staff attitudes suck like a Dyson. Ironically the WiFi password is Hospitality but they have no clue what the word means. Also hold onto your plates in the restaurant. The waiters will steal the forks out of your mouths if you let them ..perhaps if thevlaid out one table with lots of crockery and cutlery. They wouldn't need to be overzealous. And guests wouldn't. Take stuff of other tables.

After reading many bad things I had to write and say the place is nice people friendly pools and hotel clean food is nice I can see why people say it's always the same we are here for 4 nights and it is fine but maybe 2 weeks would become boaring done shy away from this place on the bad reveiws as I feel they are not justified at all

Some staff were really rude however some were great; polite and attentive. The pools are a great idea for families but some were not cleaned out. The entertainment was very humourous and fun to watch. Overall a decent experience however could have been better.
